About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and efficient Fulfilment Specialist to be the backbone to the engaging live shopping experiences that connect audiences with premium and trending products.

What You'll Be Doing

• As a Fulfilment Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering accurate and timely orders. Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment according to customer orders.

• Checking items for quality and ensuring all products meet company standards.

• Organizing and maintaining inventory in the packing area.

• Collaborating with team members to meet daily order targets.

• Handling shipping documentation and labeling packages for dispatch.

• Assisting in tracking and managing stock levels as needed.

• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Fulfillment Associate. The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling items.

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

• Physical stamina to lift and move packages (up to [weight limit], as needed).

• Basic organizational skills and the ability to maintain a clean workspace.

• (Optional) Previous experience in warehousing, shipping, or fulfillment is a plus but not required.
