About the Role

You will join our lean, highly ambitious, and equally talented team as a senior iOS stack engineer to help us build delightful features for our users that can be used by millions of users. Your core responsibility will be to develop and maintain Tilt's iOS app that delivers our mission while ensuring we ship features at lightning speed with minimal hiccups.

What You'll Do

Whether it's creating custom interactions or implementing scalable methods for unique product features, you'll define your day-to-day tasks. By handling a wide variety of technical challenges, you'll develop solutions that you'll be proud of for years to come. A few of the challenges you'll tackle are:

• Developing and maintaining critical features for our iOS app

• Collaborating with designers to bring animations and micro-interactions to life in our app

• Ensure our iOS codebase is built to ship unique and delightful experiences to our users at lightning speed with minimal bugs

• Communicate technical challenges to technical and non-technical team members

You will help us get from 0 -> 1.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working in a seriously fast-paced start-up (prefer early stage)

• No ego, open to being challenged, and ability to bring fresh perspectives

• Strong knowledge of the iOS ecosystem including but not limited to Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, SPM, Animations, and iOS Multimedia features

• Strong knowledge of design patterns such as MVVM and MVVM-C

• Strong knowledge of working with Internal and Third Party APIs

• Have good ideas for design and help our product team come up with the best UX/UI

• Outstanding ability to communicate technical problems

• The hunger to build something remarkable

• Bonus:

  • Experienced with E2E Testing Frameworks

  • Experienced with GraphQL APIs

  • Experienced with KMP (Kotlin Multi-Platform)
