The Opportunity
As a Senior Product Manager at Thrive Health, you will be the integrative, problem-solving, driving force behind our innovative healthcare products. You will bridge the gap between customer needs, business priorities, and our design and development teams to shape products that make a lasting and meaningful impact. You’ll spend your time deeply understanding the problems of our users, customers, and domain experts, translating those requirements into products. Working alongside our software development teams, you’ll lead the charge in creating scalable products while improving patient outcomes and healthcare efficiency.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and communicate product requirements prioritized by market opportunity, customer needs, business objectives, and ROI;
- Engage regularly with customers, users, and prospects to understand the needs of our target market;
- Collaborate with product peers to ensure an aligned, cohesive product vision, and communicate vision and direction to development teams and company stakeholders;
- Maintain an aggressive but plausible roadmap by working with software development to validate and scope high-level feature estimates.
Design & User Research
- Own the end-to-end design process, from problem definition through high-fidelity mockups, using design tools to create and validate wireframes and prototypes;
- Lead design thinking workshops and facilitate user research (interviews, usability tests, and prototype validation), synthesizing research findings into journey maps, problem statements, and actionable product decisions;
- Provide meaningful critiques on information architecture, interaction patterns, visual hierarchy, and micro-interactions.
AI Innovation
- Evaluate and integrate AI/LLM capabilities into product features to improve user workflows;
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate product discovery, validation, analysis, and iteration automated user research analysis, maintaining strategic judgement on what problems to solve and how to solve them;
- Demonstrate fluency in both the technical possibilities and practical limitations of current AI technology.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support Business Development and Marketing with product launches, go-to-market plans, and key customer demo;
- Create customer-facing and internal documentation, presentations, and training materials.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years managing product requirements for B2B SaaS products, with a proven track record of defining and launching successful products/features.
- Design Fluency: Hands-on experience with wireframing, prototyping, design thinking workshops, and leading UX research initiatives.
- User Research: proven ability to plan and conduct interviews, usability tests, and prototype validations; translate findings into journey maps, personas, and product requirements.
- AI Expertise: Demonstrated experience building AI-powered features (not just using AI tools), with understanding of LLM technology both in product management and development.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills with the ability to distill complex problems into simple, iterative solutions.
- Technical & Industry Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC); experience working in a B2B SaaS in a Healthtech environment is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Salary Information: The base salary range for this role is $132,000–142,000/year. The base salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
