- Participate in the design and development of new client solutions;
- Complete solution features and overall implementation testing;
- Debug issues with different implementations to ensure quicker resolution;
- Provide support on use of the product to customers and end users, as required;
- Understand a customer’s organization and build positive professional relationships within it, especially with key stakeholders;
- Communicate client needs and feedback clearly to the senior manager of customer solutions so that work can be triaged and completed effectively;
- Collaborate with the rest of the team on the improvement of our implementation process to ensure we maximize client experience and streamline our process;
- 3+ years of experience in a technical implementation or technical support function;
- Computer Science degree or Coding Bootcamp graduate;
- Professional experience developing in Typescript or Python;
- Knowledge of the SDLC and experience with Git;
- Ability to communicate with both clients and development teams;
- Knowledge of customer service best practices;
- Demonstrated ability to learn and use a variety of technical computer tools;
- Highly motivated & productive with high EQ;
