Now, we’re looking for a creative, organized, and purpose-driven individual to help take our content, brand partnerships, and e-commerce to the next level.
The Role
As our Growth & E-Commerce Coordinator, you’ll wear multiple hats—from planning and producing content to supporting marketing campaigns and product operations. This is an excellent opportunity if you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and want to build your skills across content, brand strategy, and clean beauty e-commerce.
What You’ll Be Doing
Social Media & Content (60%)
- Plan, write, and schedule original content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Be comfortable and charismatic in front of the camera for short-form videos and campaigns.
- Execute brand partnerships, giveaways, and influencer marketing initiatives.
- Analyze performance data, report key takeaways, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experiment with new formats to drive engagement, subscriptions, and community growth. Respond to and engage users, and actively build a loyal following that will eventually become Think Dirty app users.
Marketing & Outreach (20%)
- Source and manage influencer and brand collaborations that align with Think Dirty’s values.
- Help build email and social media contact lists to increase reach and conversions.
- Research trends across clean beauty, wellness, and sustainability for campaign inspiration.
- Support paid campaigns with content creation and performance insight.
E-Commerce & Operations (20%)
- Update and maintain product listings on Shopify (descriptions, inventory, images)
- Track inventory and help manage monthly restocks and customer shipments.
- Respond to basic customer service inquiries via email or social channels.
- Keep things organized in Google Sheets and Sortly.
Who You Are
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media, paid campaigns, growing subscription revenue, digital marketing, or e-commerce (internships count!)
- A great visual storyteller with a passion for creating engaging, mission-driven content
- Comfortable with TikTok, Instagram, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Canva, Shopify, Google Sheets, and Meta Business Suite
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to juggle multiple projects remotely
- Passionate about clean beauty, health, wellness, and sustainability
- Bonus: You’ve worked with influencers, are versed and comfortable in front of the camera, dabbled in email marketing, or know your way around analytics tools
What You Bring (Preferred)
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, Health Sciences, or a related field
- Experience through internships, side projects, or freelance work in content or commerce
- A self-starter attitude and a genuine interest in changing how people shop for beauty
