- Manage relationships with IT vendors (ie. website, app, promotional and organizational systems), ensuring smooth operations and addressing issues as needed.
- Assist with sponsorship, advertising and event production, including newsletters and related communications, and ensure deliverables are executed accurately and on schedule.
- Provide B2C and B2B customer service, including account management and client communications.
- Perform administrative tasks as required to support operations and leadership teams.
Who you are:
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack, or similar).
- Comfortable working with new technologies and liaising with technical vendors.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team environment.
- Customer service mindset with experience managing client relationships.
- Flexibility to support a variety of functions, from administrative support to event production.
Benefits of working at The Logic:
- Competitive compensation package with generous paid time off and equity options
- Comprehensive benefits plan including parental leave top-up, fertility coverage, dental, vision, HSA, EAP, and more
