Role Overview As Ecosystems Partnership Manager, you’ll be responsible for deepening relationships with current partners and building new ones that strengthen the TKS brand, increase awareness, and drive student enrollments across our hubs.
What you’ll be doing:
Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute a roadmap for engaging with our ecosystem partners (FIRST Robotics, Science Olympiad, DECA, FBLA, HOSA, etc.).
Relationship Building: Grow long-term relationships with existing partners and identify opportunities for deeper collaboration.
Cross-Collaboration Initiatives: Co-design programs, campaigns, events, or co-branded content that build trust with students and parents globally.
Execution & Tracking: Develop clear partnership goals and track their impact on awareness, applications, and enrollment.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, admissions, and operations to align partnership activations with student recruitment cycles.
What we’re looking for:
Experience: 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or community/ecosystem roles.
Global mindset: comfortable working across different cultures, time zones, and audiences.
Program Expertise: Experience in designing and implementing engaging programs or initiatives.
Communication and storytelling skills: Represent TKS with passion and authenticity.
