Full TKS Overview Watch TKS in action Role Overview We’re looking for a high-energy, detail-obsessed Assistant Program Director to help us crush program operations. You’ll be the organizational backbone of the TKS Dubai program—handling logistics, communications, scheduling, and keeping the program experience seamless for students, parents, and partners. Operations & Logistics: Coordinate all program logistics including events, conferences, speaker sessions, industry tours, and special experiences.
Parent & Stakeholder Communications: Manage timely, professional, and upbeat communications via email, Slack, and other channels.
Speaker & Event Coordination: Book and manage guest speakers, handle prep details, tech checks, and follow-ups.
Scheduling & Admin: Maintain program calendars, coordinate with venues, and ensure everything is ready before each session.
Student Experience Support: Be the go-to person for student questions, resource sharing, and quick problem-solving during the program.
On-the-Ground Energy: Bring high energy and positivity to in-person and virtual events, ensuring everyone feels welcomed, excited, and supported.
Application Support: Assist in student recruitment processes—review applications, schedule interviews, and coordinate information sessions.
Qualifications
Experience: 2–5 years in program coordination, event management, operations, or administrative support—preferably in education, tech, or high-growth organizations.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage details, deadlines, and moving parts without dropping the ball.
Communication: High-energy, people-oriented communicator with excellent written and verbal skills (especially on Slack, email, and in person).
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using productivity tools (Google Workspace, Airtable, Slack, Zoom, etc.).
Problem-Solving Mindset: Able to figure things out quickly, adapt in real time, and keep things moving forward smoothly.
