Seeking a Lead Front-end Developer to work with us in our startup, The Digital Factories Solutions. The current main active lab project is Project Café Ride.

After validating the business case with our target markets, we have a clear vision for the future and seek your expertise to help bring it to fruition.

We are a small team that believes our tested idea will generate profit without initial venture capital seeding. We already have several potential customers interested in signing up once the solution is operational. We seek an entrepreneur to join the founding team as the lead front-end developer. Our current team is comprised of experienced professionals with a track record of success in the technology industry and a passion for this cycling app.

The idea and platform have been tested at the intersection of cycling and technology, with ML (machine learning) and supervised learning models as core components.

What You'll Do:

• Work closely with the co-founder and other stakeholders to define the technology design and drive the execution of our product roadmap, starting with MVP1 which we have ~50% completed.
• Along with the back-end developer, develop and maintain the full stack of our solution, including front-end user interfaces, back-end infrastructure, and third-party software interfaces. Implement scalable, secure, and compliant applications, focusing on user experience and performance.
• Build the product development team as we grow.
• Work with the COO to support fundraising, including pitching to investors, securing venture capital, and managing investor relations.

**Requirements

Technical Skills:**

• Extensive experience with developing front-end applications using React or Flutter Dart (preferred GCP).
• Experience building and maintaining web portals using basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with mobile/cross platform.
• Setting up UI for analytics/user behaviour.
• A/B testing and feature gating.
• Experience/experimenting with new AI coding techniques.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (GCP in particular) for infrastructure management and deployment.
• Proven experience as a front-end developer.
• Working with our back-end developer who is focused on (design and implement) with relational and NoSQL (e.g., Firebase, MongoDB) databases, as well as familiarity with big data processing.
• Proficiency in using Git for version control and familiarity with DevOps methodologies.
• Experience in developing highly secure and compliant applications.

• An entrepreneurial mindset, willing to work in a startup's fast-paced, continuously changing environment. A detail-oriented team player who can start a product from zero and bring it to market.

• Time to commit to meet/exceed delivery dates as the initial period of time will be intense to complete the MVP.
