Our solution focuses on the global bicycle/cycling industry, trending growth beyond its product supply. Sales of bicycles in the United States in 2020 exceeded 2019 by 75 percent, with growth acceleration continuing as the first two months of 2021 increased 130 percent compared to a year earlier.* This trend is reflecting globally as expected worldwide bicycle sales grow from US$55.23B in 2020 to US$89.37B by 2028.* Market adoption is occurring at levels never seen before, and exercise apps analytics show increasing use of bicycles in new/broader geographic areas across the globe. Governments are encouraging greater use of bicycles for green transportation and exercise/well-being… European governments offer citizens cash-back programs for purchasing bicycles, and major cities like Paris have added hundreds of kilometres of dedicated routes for cyclists. The world is embracing cycling!
We have provisionally patented a platform focused on the bicycle industry: riders, retailers, service providers and manufacturers. These are exciting times, and we are looking for a well-rounded, experienced developer or small development team to join us and become a minority equity partner(s). No capital investment or industry expertise is required. We are solely looking for a sweat equity partner.
It will be intense Agile programming for the next few months with rapid continuous improvement for the following year. With the right person/team, available time in life and commitment, this could be a side-hustle. If you or a small team are interested, please reach out.
Ideal candidates will have:
Good understanding of cloud technologies and cloud architecture Solid knowledge and experience with GCP products (BigQuery, Google APIs, etc.) and experience with NonSQL databases (Firebase) Solid mobile development experience Good understanding of AGILE delivery
