TextNow is in search of a Senior Account Manager who will work closely with our Revenue teams to help agencies and brands reach their direct and programmatic advertising objectives through mobile in-app campaign executions.
What you'll do:
- Execute advertising campaigns from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of performance are exceeding expectations while simultaneously building relationships with clients to drive campaign renewals and grow revenue
- Coordinate all campaign aspects, working with a variety of different internal departments, to structure campaigns according to each client’s key performance indicators
- Working closely with the Sales team to strategically lead and create media plans that meet the advertiser's objectives.
- Leading campaign onboarding and preparation with both the client as well as internal departments
- Campaign execution including performance monitoring and optimization, client reporting and screenshots, creative swaps, optimization recommendations, and material campaign revisions
- Creating and delivering post-campaign materials such as final reporting and wrap decks
Skills You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns with experience in both direct and programmatic media
- Exceptional client service skills
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of media math and calculations
- Strong experience using tools such as Asana, Google Ad Manager, Salesforce, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced knowledge of online advertising terms and revenue models
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-pressure environments
- Self-motivated team player
