We're looking for a seasoned product leader to drive the strategy and success of software products tied to CPU and AI IP, spanning architectures like RISC-V, Arm, and x86. This role blends product vision, technical depth, and cross-functional collaboration to shape a world-class software ecosystem—one that helps customers get the most out of our IP offerings.
This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA or Austin, TX.

Who You Are
- Deeply experienced in software product management, especially in low-level, system, or AI software.
- Technically fluent in CPU architectures and hands-on with toolchains, firmware, and AI/ML frameworks.
- A strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable translating between engineers, execs, and customers.
- Familiar with open-source ecosystems, software licensing, and semiconductor/IP market dynamics.
What We Need
- Drive product strategy and roadmaps for CPU, system, and AI software that tightly align with IP goals.
- Partner with engineering and architecture teams to define, develop, and deliver best-in-class software.
- Engage with developer and partner communities (e.g., LLVM, TensorFlow, Linux distros) to grow adoption.
- Collaborate across marketing, sales, and BD to craft go-to-market strategies and technical positioning.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
