As the Customer Experience Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our customer journey. You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing the customer lifecycle from a marketing standpoint, ensuring that every touchpoint delivers value and fosters engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a collaborative spirit, as you will work closely with our sales and product teams to drive a cohesive customer experience.

This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA, Austin, TX, or Toronto, ON.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Journey Mapping: Analyze and refine the Customer Journey Map, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle from a marketing perspective, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze customer behavior and lifecycle metrics to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with sales and product teams to align messaging, content, and campaigns with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Campaign Development: Develop and execute marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
  • Feedback Loop: Establish mechanisms for gathering customer feedback and insights to inform ongoing improvements in the customer experience.
  • Performance Measurement: Define KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success of customer experience initiatives and report findings to stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer experience and marketing.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer experience marketing, digital marketing, or a related area.
  • Proven ability to analyze customer data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and journey mapping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience working with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
