The Senior SAP Administrator will support the finance and operations team as they complete the implementation of SAP ERP solution, and integrate with various internal systems and processes. The SAP Administrator will also ensure compliance with internal policies and work closely with the Corporate Controller, Directors of Operations, and Customer teams to ensure effective and efficient data collection and management at an enterprise and team level.
Responsibilities
- Leading the configuration and implementation of SAP ERP solutions for our organization, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
- Administering SAP and supporting internal teams as they ramp on, and use the tool.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and create comprehensive solution designs.
- Providing expert advice and recommendations on best practices for SAP ERP implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Writing and maintaining scripts for system automation, data migration, and process optimization.
- Conducting fit-gap analysis, process modeling, and system testing to ensure seamless integration of SAP ERP solutions with existing systems.
- Managing stakeholder expectations and effectively communicating project status, risks, and issues to all levels of the organization.
- Providing end-user training and support, as well as post-implementation maintenance and enhancements.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest SAP products, technologies, and industry trends to ensure the continuous improvement of our solutions and services.
Experience & Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP ERP solutions, preferably in a technology or AI/CPU-related industry.
- Proven experience in SAP administration, system maintenance, and performance tuning.
- Experience writing and maintaining scripts in languages such as ABAP, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP best practices, system architecture, and integration methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing cross-functional projects, with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels.
- SAP certification(s) is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time, as required by project needs.
Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
