As a Software Engineer - Backend, you’ll help accelerate the leading GrowthTech solution that scales excellence, revenue, and impact.
What You’ll Build
- Architect, optimize and maintain backend systems that power data-driven, AI-enhanced client experiences
- Design and implement scalable APIs and services using NestJS and other backend technologies in our stack
- Build and maintain infrastructure for real-time data processing and secure delivery (MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ)
- Ensure platform performance and reliability across our cloud-native environments using Kubernetes and Terraform
- Collaborate with frontend, AI, and product teams to integrate intelligent business logic and personalized delivery
- Lead backend best practices, technical architecture decisions, and system scalability improvements
- Write and maintain automated tests to ensure system integrity and performance at scale

Hard Skills
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience (React, NodeJS, Typescript)
- Strong grasp of testing practices, system design, and performance optimization
- Solid understanding of object-oriented and/or functional programming
- Experience with DevOps tools and cloud infrastructure (AWS, CI/CD) is a plus

This role is currently performed remotely and could transition to a hybrid model at management discretion.
