As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll help turn intent into action by engaging executives through a mix of cold and warm outreach, powered by our proprietary campaign and AI research workflows.

What You’ll Build

  • Own the first-touch experience with executives and decision-makers, deliver 5+ qualified meetings per week through a combination of cold calls, warm follow-ups, and strategic outreach
  • Use AI agents to research accounts and personalize your approach based on firmographics, signals, and relevant business context
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns to convert engaged leads into meetings with our sales or leadership team
  • Make 40-50 targeted outreach calls per day (mix of cold and warm), supported by LinkedIn, email, and voice notes
  • Prioritize quality conversations over quantity, aiming for 8-12 meaningful executive interactions daily
  • Maintain clean CRM activity logs, surface insights, and collaborate closely with marketing and sales to improve targeting
  • Prompt our AI-powered proposal engine with insights from your discovery to support timely, relevant follow-ups
  • Help build and evolve SDR workflows and playbooks, you’ll be part of shaping how we scale this function

Who You Are

Whether self-taught, formally trained (or somewhere in the middle), you’ve built strong sales instincts and know-how to create meaningful conversations with busy high-powered executives.

Soft Skills

Hard Skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales, growth, or outreach role (bonus: startup or enterprise experience)
  • Comfortable using CRM and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Reply.io, LinkedIn)
  • Able to research accounts using AI tools, websites, and public data
  • Strong writing and call communication skills, you know how to spark interest fast

This role is currently performed remotely and could transition to a hybrid model at management discretion.
