- A unique opportunity to join TealBook as a Founding Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition within a highly targeted list of Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts. This role is critical in establishing and scaling TealBook’s new logo sales motion, focusing on landing enterprise procurement organizations that have the potential to become long-term, high-value customers.
- You will work closely with product, marketing, and executive leadership to refine our GTM strategy, leveraging industry events, ABM campaigns, and targeted outreach to generate pipeline and close enterprise deals.
What You Will Do:
- Own the Entire Sales Cycle: Drive new logo acquisition, exceeding your quota.
- Strategic Hunting & Pipeline Generation: Use ABM tactics, sales tools (LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outreach/SalesLoft, intent data), and multi-threaded engagement to generate a consistent, high-quality pipeline.
- Master TealBook’s Value Proposition: Become an expert in procurement challenges, supplier data, and AI-driven automation to effectively articulate how TealBook drives cost savings, reduces risk, and accelerates supplier onboarding.
- Multi-Stakeholder Selling: Engage and build champions across procurement, finance (AP), IT, and data teams to establish business cases that lead to enterprise-wide adoption.
- Account-Based Sales Execution: Leverage executive sponsorship, industry events, and direct prospecting to close strategic enterprise accounts.
- Transparent & Predictable Forecasting: Own your pipeline and forecasting cadence, providing weekly insights into pipeline coverage, deal progression, and revenue projections.
Who You Are:
- Enterprise Data Sales Expert: 5+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle SaaS sales experience selling data solutions, AI-driven platforms, or procurement/supplier data applications.
- Track Record of Overachievement: Consistently exceeding quota ($1M+ ARR targets) and landing marquee enterprise accounts. Experience closing deals in the $100K+ ARR range with multi-year expansion potential.
- Complex Sales & Stakeholder Management: Skilled at navigating 6-12 month sales cycles, securing C-level engagement, and managing multi-threaded sales motions across procurement, finance, IT, and risk teams.
- Hunter Mentality: Proven ability to independently build and scale pipeline, execute ABM sales motions, and win new logos.
- Procurement & Data Knowledge: Deep understanding of enterprise procurement challenges, supplier data quality issues, and the role of AI/ML in procurement transformation.
- Industry & Domain Knowledge: Experience selling into regulated industries (Financial Services, CPG, and Pharmaceuticals) where data accuracy, compliance, and procurement efficiency are critical.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Market compensation based on experience with uncapped commissions and accelerators.
- Deal Size & Quota: Target deal sizes starting at $100K+ ARR, scaling through expansion.
