Job Description:

Senior Director of Digital Marketing
Premier - Jonas Software

Location: North America
Reports to: VP, Sales & Marketing

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Director of Digital Marketing to own and scale Premier’s digital demand engine. This role is accountable for driving measurable pipeline growth through content, search, paid media, and website performance.

This is not a brand or awareness role. It is a revenue role.

You will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of all digital channels with a focus on qualified pipeline generation, conversion rates, and CAC efficiency across North America and the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Demand Generation

  • Own digital-sourced pipeline targets and performance across all channels

  • Build and execute integrated campaigns that convert ICP accounts into qualified opportunities

  • Partner with Sales to align on lead quality, conversion, and revenue outcomes

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Develop a content engine that supports every stage of the buyer journey (awareness → consideration → decision)

  • Translate product positioning into high-performing assets (case studies, landing pages, webinars, thought leadership)

  • Ensure content is optimized for conversion, not just engagement

SEO / AEO (Search & AI Engine Optimization)

  • Own organic growth strategy across traditional search and AI-driven discovery (Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)

  • Drive keyword strategy, technical SEO, and content optimization to increase high-intent traffic

  • Position Premier as a top answer in AI search environments through structured content and authority building

Paid Media

  • Own paid acquisition strategy and budget across channels (Google, LinkedIn, retargeting, industry platforms)

  • Continuously optimize CAC, conversion rates, and channel mix based on performance data

  • Build scalable campaign frameworks tied directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes

Website & Conversion Optimization

  • Own website strategy, performance, and roadmap as a primary conversion engine

  • Improve conversion rates across all key journeys (demo requests, content downloads, partner referrals)

  • Implement testing frameworks (A/B testing, personalization, UX improvements) to drive continuous lift

Analytics & Performance Management

  • Define and track KPIs across all digital channels (traffic quality, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, CAC)

  • Build reporting frameworks in partnership with RevOps to provide full funnel visibility

  • Use data to make fast, high-confidence decisions on budget allocation and strategy

Required Experience

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS digital marketing, with clear ownership of pipeline metrics

  • Proven success scaling paid media and organic channels in a complex sales environment

  • Deep understanding of SEO, conversion rate optimization, and performance marketing

  • Experience managing and optimizing marketing websites (CMS, UX, conversion flows)

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in construction, ERP, or vertical SaaS markets

  • Familiarity with multi-region GTM strategies (North America, UAE, APAC)

  • Experience integrating digital strategy with ABM and outbound sales motions

  • Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and paid media platforms

Leadership & Traits

  • High ownership mentality — accountable for outcomes, not activity

  • Strong operator who can execute while building strategy

  • Data-driven decision maker with a bias for speed and iteration

  • Comfortable challenging assumptions and pushing for performance improvements

  • Able to align cross-functional teams around revenue goals
