Job Description:

• Maintain accurate inventory by applying strong functional and technical skills to stock counts, system updates, and organized storage of products and components, ensuring data integrity and warehouse accessibility at all times.
• Track and manage all inventory movement with disciplined process management, ensuring incoming, outgoing, and internal transfers are documented promptly and correctly through effective time management.
• Process RMAs through structured intake, evaluation, diagnostics, and basic repairs, showing action oriented behavior to maintain high accuracy and timely turnaround for customers while upholding quality at every step.
• Document all RMA findings and corrective actions with complete attention to detail, applying integrity and trust to ensure records are thorough, accurate, and fully aligned with operational processes.
• Perform quality control inspections on inbound materials, in-process units, and outbound products using functional and technical skills to confirm compliance with CAST standards, maintaining a strong customer focus by ensuring all products meet expectations before reaching the customer.
• Identify and escalate product defects or non-conformities to the Operations Supervisor, Product, or Management, demonstrating drive for results by ensuring issues are communicated quickly and resolved without delay.
• Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders with strong process management and attention to detail, ensuring correct items, accurate documentation, and appropriate shipping methods that support a positive customer experience and reflect a genuine customer focus.
• Receive and inspect inbound shipments by verifying quantities, condition, and accuracy against packing slips, applying learning on the fly to quickly adapt to varied product types, supplier formats, and evolving procedures.
• Create and manage purchase orders for parts, supplies, and components, demonstrating action oriented execution by tracking delivery status, verifying received items, and maintaining reliable supply levels to prevent operational disruption.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform additional duties as required, applying perseverance and a drive for results mindset to maintain efficient operations and high customer satisfaction even during high-volume periods.
