About the Role
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and curious about how a professional, global technology team operates? We are looking for a Tech Operations Intern to provide essential administrative support to our technology department at Jonas Club Software. In this role, you will be the organizational glue that helps our engineering and tech teams run smoothly.
While this is primarily an administrative position, it offers a fantastic front-row seat to the fast-paced world of enterprise software. You will gain hands-on experience with tech workflows, project management tools, and team operations within a highly secure, compliant (SOC 2/PCI) environment, making this an ideal stepping stone for anyone interested in IT administration, project management, or tech operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Coordination: Assist in scheduling and organizing team meetings, sprint planning sessions, and department-wide events for our tech professionals.
- Documentation & Data Entry: Help maintain, organize, and update team documentation, wikis, and project management boards to keep our continuous improvement initiatives on track.
- Asset & Access Management: Support the onboarding and offboarding process by helping to track IT hardware, order new equipment, and audit software licenses.
- Workflow Support: Triage basic administrative requests from the team, ensuring they are routed to the correct engineers, product managers, or tech leaders.
- General Administration: Assist tech leadership with ad-hoc administrative tasks, note-taking, and process improvements.
What You'll Bring
- Stellar Organization: You have a natural knack for keeping things tidy, tracking details, and managing multiple moving parts.
- Tech Curiosity: You don't need to know how to code, but you should have a genuine interest in technology, software development lifecycles, and how IT teams function.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members across our global network.
- Software Proficiency: Comfortable using standard workplace tools and eager to learn specialized tech and project management tools.
What You'll Get Out of It
- Real-World Exposure: Shadow tech professionals and learn the day-to-day realities of building and maintaining a secure, hospitality-grade enterprise platform.
- Global Network: Be part of a massive global team of over 6,000 professionals, gaining insight into how large-scale tech companies operate.
- Mentorship & Growth: Work closely with tech leaders who are invested in your professional development and eager to help you build a foundation for your career.
