POSITION
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Administrator to join our IT team. This is a hands-on technical role responsible for the administration, security, and continuous improvement of our Microsoft cloud ecosystem —
spanning Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FnO), the Power Platform, Microsoft Entra ID, and core Microsoft 365 collaboration services including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online. You will play a central role in ensuring our platforms are secure, governed, and aligned to business needs, while supporting automation, integration, and enterprise application delivery.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own the day-to-day administration and support of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FnO), including environment management, user access, and configuration.
Manage Lifecycle Services (LCS) and coordinate environment deployments, updates, and health monitoring.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Microsoft support for FnO-related issues.
Ensure integrations between FnO and other Microsoft services are maintained and performing reliably.
Manage and govern Power Platform environments associated with Dynamics 365 FnO, including sandbox, UAT, and production environments.
Administer PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and related services — enforcing data loss prevention (DLP) policies, connector governance, and licensing compliance.
Build and maintain automation workflows that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Support solution deployment and environment promotion across the Power Platform lifecycle.
Administer and secure Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and authentication policies.
Design, implement, and maintain Conditional Access policies and identity protection controls in line with security and compliance requirements.
Manage B2B/B2C collaboration, cross-tenant access, and external identity configurations.
Monitor identity security posture and proactively remediate risks using Microsoft security tooling.
Administer Exchange Online, including mail flow rules, security policies, and retention configurations.
Manage Microsoft Teams governance, policies, and lifecycle management.
Support SharePoint Online administration, including site provisioning, permissions, and information governance.
Establish and maintain governance frameworks across Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform.
Document configurations, processes, and operational runbooks to a high standard.
Troubleshoot complex, cross-service issues and engage Microsoft support where required.
Partner with security, infrastructure, and business teams on cloud initiatives and projects.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven hands-on experience administering Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including environment and lifecycle management.
Solid experience managing Power Platform environments, governance, and DLP policy configuration.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) — identity management, RBAC, Conditional Access, and security policies.
Administration experience across Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online.
Working knowledge of PowerApps and PowerAutomate, including solution deployment and automation design.
Understanding of cloud security principles, identity management, and compliance best practices.
Ability to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Microsoft certifications such as MB-300, MS-102, SC-300, or PL-200/PL-900
Experience with PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 automation.
Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, Defender for Cloud, or Zero Trust principles.
Experience in enterprise or hybrid cloud environments.
Exposure to Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Dynamics 365 release management processes.
