Operations Administrator / Event Coordinator

Premier is an innovative company seeking a highly organized and people-focused Operations Administrator/Event Coordinator to join our growing team within the SaaS Cloud App group.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate internal and external events, including logistics, scheduling, materials, and communications
Support daily operational needs, including team scheduling, purchasing, and documentation
Track and manage project timelines, ensuring alignment across teams
Assist leadership with administrative tasks and process improvements
Liaise with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure smooth event execution
Maintain records, reports, and communications in an organized and timely manner
Utilize HubSpot to support operations and event-related activities (such as managing contracts, tracking communications, and supporting campaign or event workflows)
Contribute to a positive and engaging team culture through clear communication and collaboration
Other duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; approachable, friendly, and professional
Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience coordinating events, meetings, or conferences, ideally within a business or tech setting
Knowledgeable in HubSpot, with experience using it for organizing data, tracking interactions, and supporting operational or marketing activities
Demonstrated ability to improve processes and anticipate team needs
