Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Customer Success Account Manager to join our Customer Success Team. vinSUITE is a leading provider of software solutions that streamline and enhance operations for wineries and tasting rooms. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients—ensuring satisfaction, driving product adoption, and identifying opportunities for expansion. You'll engage clients through structured outreach, strategic campaigns, and consultative conversations to deliver value and generate revenue.

This is a base salary plus commission role focused on growth within existing accounts, requiring a strong balance of relationship management, sales execution, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of existing clients
  • Conduct regular outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings to ensure client satisfaction and engagement
  • Complete a minimum of 10 client check-in calls per day
  • Ensure every client is contacted at least once per quarter

Revenue Growth & Sales Execution

  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Develop and execute quarterly outreach and sales strategies aligned with company initiatives
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales quotas
  • Lead themed outreach campaigns to promote relevant products and services

Customer Success & Problem Solving

  • Understand client goals, challenges and, workflows to provide tailored solutions
  • Proactively address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
  • Drive product adoption and long-term client value

Implementation & Project Management

  • Support and manage new client implementations and onboarding projects
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication between clients and internal teams
  • Ensure smooth transitions from onboarding to ongoing account management
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or delays

CRM & Reporting

  • Accurately document all client interactions, activities, and follow-ups in HubSpot
  • Track account activity and provide regular reporting on engagement and sales performance

Collaboration & Industry Engagement

  • Partner cross-functionally with support, product, and sales teams to improve client outcomes
  • Stay informed on industry trends and vinSUITE product offerings
  • Travel to key wine regions for onsite client visits and relationship building
  • Attend and represent vinSUITE at industry trade shows and events

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Success in this role will be measured against the following performance metrics:

  • Activity Metrics
    • Minimum of 10 client conversations/check-ins per day
    • 100% of assigned accounts contacted at least once per quarter
  • Revenue Metrics
    • Achievement of monthly sales quota (MRR/upsell revenue)
    • Pipeline generation through proactive outreach and campaigns
  • Customer Health & Retention
    • Client retention and churn mitigation within assigned portfolio
    • Improvement in client engagement and product adoption
  • Implementation Success
    • Timely and successful completion of onboarding and implementation projects
    • Client satisfaction during onboarding and transition phases
  • CRM & Operational Excellence
    • 100% of client interactions documented in HubSpot
    • Accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting
  • Strategic Execution
    • Development and execution of quarterly account outreach plans
    • Contribution to campaign performance and revenue growth initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or related industry
  • 2+ years of account management or customer success experience
  • Experience managing client onboarding or implementation projects preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a performance-based environment
