JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As an important member of our PYXiS Finance team you will:
Assist with monthly financial accounting, including journal entries and financial analysis, to ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly financial results for Business Units
Prepare monthly financial reports including Income Statement
Co-ordinate quarterly forecast revisions and monthly updates for Business Units
Track and report various monthly business indicators
Liaise with the various Business Unit and Group Leaders to provide support as required
Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations including prepayment and accruals schedules.
Prepare/review monthly commissions schedules for payroll processing
Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses as required by Management
Ability to use AI tools to perform operational analyses.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Attained a Business/Finance degree (i.e. BBA, BCom, MBA, MAcc. etc.) with preference given to those with relevant further study/designations (e.g. CPA)
Minimum of 5 – 7 years’ experience working in a Finance/Accounting role
Advanced skills and experience in MS Office Excel
Excellent administrative and organizational skills with ability to set priorities, adjust and respond professionally to changing priorities and ad hoc issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal savviness skills with a proven ability to interact with all levels of management. Possesses strong leadership/command skills and demonstrates organizational agility
Excellent technical learning, analytical and problem solving skills
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) is an asset
