BuildZoom Data, a CORA company, is a construction intelligence company that transforms complex permitting, licensing, and construction activity data into actionable insights. We power builders, manufacturers, insurers, and financial institutions with the most comprehensive and accurate view of the construction market by helping them identify opportunities, manage risk, and make smarter decisions. By combining deep industry expertise with advanced data engineering and analytics, BuildZoom Data brings transparency and clarity to one of the world’s largest and most fragmented industries.

As Head of Marketing at BuildZoom Data, you will own the full-funnel growth strategy across brand, demand generation, product marketing, ABM, and Revenue Operations. This role blends strategic GTM leadership with hands-on execution, data-driven experimentation, and deep cross-functional partnership with Sales, Product, and Data teams.

You’ll architect the systems that power pipeline creation, refine positioning across multiple verticals, and lead a lean, high-impact team to accelerate revenue and market leadership in AI-driven construction, insurance, real estate, and related industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and scale a predictable, full-funnel growth engine that drives marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline, consistent leads, and measurable revenue impact through inbound, outbound, ABM, lifecycle marketing, and experimentation.

  • Champion AI-driven marketing and own the marketing technology stack, leveraging CRM, automation, analytics, and data tools to power personalization, predictive engagement, and differentiated market positioning.

  • Design and execute high-impact ABM programs for enterprise and mid-market accounts, partnering closely with Sales on targeted initiatives to increase pipeline velocity and conversion.

  • Lead product marketing strategy by refining ICPs, segmentation, positioning, pricing inputs, and GTM narratives, while building high-converting sales enablement assets in tight partnership with Product and Sales.

  • Define and elevate the brand narrative across all touchpoints, positioning the company as the category leader through cohesive storytelling, public relations, events, and industry thought leadership.

  • Own content strategy across the full customer lifecycle, developing campaigns and thought leadership that educate the market and drive pipeline.

  • Partner with operations to architect and optimize the funnel; owning lead scoring, routing, attribution, forecasting, and dashboards, to improve visibility, conversion rates, and revenue predictability at scale.

  • Build, coach, and lead a high performance marketing team establishing clear metrics, accountability, and strong cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

  • Full-stack B2B marketing and growth leader with 8+ years of experience across demand generation, ABM, product marketing, and GTM strategy.

  • Proven operator who can architect systems and execute campaigns hands-on.

  • Deeply analytical and metrics-driven; you build dashboards before opinions.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and experimentation in scaling environments.

  • Strong partner to Sales, Product, RevOps, and Executive Leadership.

  • Experienced with modern MarTech and RevOps platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, etc)

  • Fluent in AI-powered marketing tools and excited to apply AI to growth.
