We are searching for a highly-creative Marketing Manager who is a "self-starter" to join our marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations, from digital strategy, to content creation, to trade show planning. Your central goal is to help grow revenue by generating enough qualified leads for the Sales and Channel teams to meet their targets, while also increasing brand awareness and loyalty. You will be a high-impact contributor working in a fast-paced environment, anticipating creative requirements, and providing proactive, strategic marketing recommendations.
This is a full time in-office position in North York/Toronto, Ontario, Canada with travel required across the United States and Canada for conferences, client site visits, and other engagements.
Your deep understanding of our products and the competitive landscape will make you a valuable partner to the Sales and Account Management teams. Your duties will include creating and managing marketing materials as well as monitoring marketing campaigns across all channels.
Our ideal candidate has experience in B2B enterprise product marketing, lead generation and graphic design. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish and own their implementation from ideation to execution leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
Manage and execute social media and digital marketing strategies
Design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics
Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by measuring return on investment across our various marketing channels
Manage content and updates for customers and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all communications, including print, digital, and video assets
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful programs including performing industry and competitive analysis to help with positioning and messaging
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies and tactics
Ensure the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
Lead and ensure consistency in messaging, branding, content and look and feel of all communications and marketing materials
Additional marketing-related tasks as required
What We’re Looking For:
3 years of proven experience in a B2B marketing role
Post-secondary education preferably in a related field (e.g., marketing, communications)
In-office presence 5 days a week in our North York, Ontario office
Ability to travel across Canada and United States for conferences, client site visits, and other marketing-related activities
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
Proficient in WordPress and Hubspot
Familiarity with Canva
Experience working with LinkedIn
Strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign management
