Product Owner - Food & Beverage
- Build trusted relationships with Club Managers, F&B Directors, Operations teams and service staff to understand both how they work, and where thoughtful technology can make the biggest impact.
- Turn what you learn into well-defined requirements and priorities that reflect the needs of both staff and members, ensuring decisions are data driven and not anecdotal.
- Champion the voice of the customer across the product team, ensuring every feature upholds the standards of high-touch hospitality.
- Set and communicate a clear vision for how our Food & Beverage products should evolve, with defined KPI's, practical milestones and measurable results.
- Maintain a strong grasp of trends in dining, event management, and hospitality tech to keep our solutions forward-looking and relevant.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, keeping focus on features that deliver the most value to our customers.
- Collaborate daily with Engineering, Design, QA and internal product experts to move ideas from concept to release, both with a focus on velocity and care for quality.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure launches and communications align with what customers truly need and expect.
- Support internal teams with product insight and training to ensure consistent understanding across the company.
- Represent the product in conversations with customers, partners, and industry peers to help shape not just what we build, but how we’re seen in the market.
- Experience in the private club, hospitality, or food & beverage industry is beneficial.
- 2–5 years of experience in product ownership, management, or analysis.
- Proven ability to define, prioritize, launch successful software products while clearly measuring success based KPI's.
- Strong communication skills. Clear, confident, and able to present to diverse audiences.
- Skilled at translating customer insights into actionable product requirements.
- Comfortable balancing client needs with business goals and saying “no” thoughtfully when needed.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate with designers and engineers.
- Analytical and evidence-driven, with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Effective at working across teams and influencing without direct authority.
- Calm, organized, and composed under pressure; thrives in changing environments.
- Customer-focused — listens actively, builds trust, and advocates for user experience.
- Self-starter with strong follow-through, prioritization, and teamwork skills.
