You will:

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Define and execute a clear, long-term strategic vision that aligns with Jonas and CORA Group objectives.
Translate strategy into actionable initiatives that accelerate Growth & Profitability while preserving cultural integrity.
Lead organizational transformation and scalability through innovation, operational rigor, and customer-centricity.
Operational Oversight
Oversee all functional areas — Operations, Sales, Marketing, R&D, Professional Services, Customer Care, and Customer Success — ensuring alignment with company goals.
Champion excellence in service delivery, product quality, and customer engagement.
Ensure financial performance meets or exceeds business plan objectives through disciplined planning and cost management.
Client-Centric Growth
Lead with a “Client First” mindset, driving retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
Leverage client insights to inform strategy, enhance services, and identify new market opportunities.
Oversee development of payments and digital transaction capabilities, reinforcing Jonas’ position as a trusted leader in technology and financial innovation.
People Leadership
Cultivate a people-first culture that prioritizes development, empowerment, and well-being.
Mentor and coach senior leaders, fostering succession readiness and leadership excellence.
Create an environment where collaboration, accountability, and innovation thrive.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
Lead initiatives that strengthen Jonas’ technology and product ecosystems, particularly in payments and software integration.
Encourage forward-thinking approaches to market trends, automation, and client engagement.
Utilize benchmarking and data-driven insights from CORA and Jonas’ portfolio to elevate operational standards.
Financial and Business Stewardship
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure responsible, profitable growth.
Drive strategic investments in technology, people, and process improvements.
Balance short-term results with long-term enterprise value creation.

Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in senior leadership roles with P&L accountability. Background in vertical software, SaaS, or technology services preferred.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complexity, and deliver sustainable growth.
Financial Acumen: Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Travel: Willingness to travel to Jonas and client locations as required.
