Director of Marketing
Jonas Software – Construction Division
Markham, ON (Hybrid)
The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Construction group to meet corporate goals and objectives for the company’s Construction Division. This position will be responsible for managing and implementing all of the marketing activities including creation of lead generation, marketing materials, marketing communications, sales material/collateral, website content, SEO, event coordination, public relations and advertising and trade show coordination.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the President - Construction Enterprise, the core responsibilities of the position are:
Develop and deploy marketing and promotional programs for the Construction Division’s products and services with an emphasis on high quality lead generation
Develops and executes the Construction Division’s content distribution strategies through multiple vehicles such as web site, direct mail, PR, customer appreciation events, and sales tools
Develop , deploy and manage overall marketing, sales and operations system, including Act-On, SalesForce and other supporting systems to streamline processes
Assist sister companies (VMS, EWS, etc.) in their system deployment, marketing processes and content distribution strategies
Management and coordination of the Construction Division’s annual trade show events and user groups
Manage SalesForce develop as necessary
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
University Degree or equivalent work experience
5-8 years Marketing experience at management level
Strong experience in social media marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to manage through systems
Knowledge of Construction Industry is an asset
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office
Knowledgeable in website design, creation, and updating
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong time management, organizational, and functional/ technical skills
Ability listen and organize
Detail oriented and creative
Action oriented
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects and problem solve
