We develop and deliver enterprise software solutions designed to lower the costs and improve the consumer experience for disputes, exceptions and adjustments related to electronic payment transactions. A highly-configurable workflow-based solution, the software is installed on premise or in the cloud for large financial institutions and payment processing companies.
POSITION
Lean is growing rapidly and we seek self-motivated individuals to assist us with our product strategy and roadmap. Working closely with our development team and workflow solution developers, this individual will help ensure Lean maintains a industry leading customer-driven product.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define and coordinate the execution of the product roadmap for dispute solutions.
Implement a product development methodology that prioritizes real-time customer feedback.
Translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into intuitive product features.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products on time and within scope.
Partner with compliance, fraud, and risk teams to ensure products meet regulatory standards.
Analyze product performance using data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
Communicate product vision and updates clearly to stakeholders and executive leadership.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of product management experience, ideally in a fintech or financial services environment.
Strong understanding of financial technologies, AI, and digital banking infrastructure.
Background in payments or dispute resolution is a valuable asset.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in fintech.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
