Project Manager/Construction Software Analyst

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage Client Implementation Projects and the perseverance to make sure they are completed successfully
• Gather clients’ requirements and review their business processes
• Configure software to match client requirements
• Train Clients on Jonas Premier software online (occasional travel to Clients for onsite training may be required)
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues
• Contribute to activities improving client retention and training process
• Contribute to activities adding value to clients such as: Online Courses, Training User Guides and Webinars
• Contribute to activities improving product such as: Writing specifications for enhancement ideas and Reporting bugs
• Other duties, as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree / college diploma in Accounting or Project (PMP)
• Formal education in Accounting or Construction Management or related field
• Experience working with accounting, job costing, project management applications. Ex. Billing, AP, AR, change orders, forecasting
• Experience in administrative side of the construction industry, is an asset
• Excellent planning, time management and project management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; approachable and easily develops positive peer relationships; adept at conflict management
• Outstanding customer focus while process managing
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Intellectual horsepower and strong problem solving skills to address issues quickly
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills, ability to present information to a large group of people
• Teaching experience, preferably in accounting; ability to learn on the fly
• Experience in professional services or customer support
• Training, Consulting, or Business Analyst experience
• Basic to advanced Technical skills
