Are you a people person who loves learning about different businesses and guiding them toward the right solutions? We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you will not be making endless cold calls into a void. Instead, you will be the welcoming face of Tavio—managing a healthy stream of inbound marketing leads,engaging with curious prospective clients, and playing "matchmaker" to introduce them to our expert sales team.

Your Day-to-day activities may include
Inbound Lead Management: Promptly welcome, engage, and follow up with inbound leads generated by our marketing campaigns.
Outbound Prospecting: Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct prospecting, strategic email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and other creative outreach methods.
Relationship Building & Qualification: Conduct friendly initial discovery conversations to understand a prospect's high-level business goals and see if Tavio is a good fit for them.
Strategic Outreach: Use email, LinkedIn networking, and creative outreach to connect with targeted potential clients and new vendors who would benefit from our platform.
Seamless Coordination: Arrange and schedule discovery meetings between qualified prospects and our Account Executives (AEs) or Solution Consultants.
Pipeline Organization: Keep our CRM neat and updated so the sales team has the context they need for a great hand-off.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a solid, high-level understanding of integration concepts (APIs, SaaS ecosystems, cloud workflows) to speak confidently with different audiences.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role (B2B SaaS or tech industry experience is a major plus).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You need to be able to explain complex ideas simply and handle objections smoothly.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, and a basic understanding of what APIs and software integrations do is highly preferred.
Grit & Resilience: A self-starter mindset with the determination to hit and exceed assigned targets.
Curiosity: A natural desire to ask great questions, listen actively, and understand a prospect’s business challenges.
