We’d like to thank you for your contributions managing the data driven client success culture both internally and externally that helped the company achieve consecutive years of double digit sales growth and record customer satisfaction levels. Here are some of your contributions as a member of our project management team:
- You gained an understanding of the Tangam analytics and visualization software to articulate the value proposition and find bottlenecks in the rollout and client management process. You coordinated new client rollout activities, managed and owned the rollout plans, and acted as the face of the Tangam project team to our large-scale corporate clients. Your efforts resulted in 25% efficiency gains in the rollout process.
- Your exceptional time and relationship management resulted in a positive rollout experience for our new clients and internal cross functional teams. Your successful planning has allowed for a smooth and timely exchange of tasks between internal teams, and externally, enabled successful client training.
- You’ve demonstrated your excellent organizational skills by running and maintaining the business team’s various planning and recurring operational tasks. You have also put these skills to the test by providing our leadership team with critical insights in sales pipeline management
- You successfully manage complex product development initiatives, optimizing resources and ensuring timely delivery to achieve key business objectives.
- You helped brainstorm and organize new processes and tools to increase the efficiency of other team members.

Requirements
- Leadership and Project Management: Strong leadership and project management capabilities to lead initiatives and drive process improvements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Technically Proficient. You have an analytical and data driven mindset, and can easily leverage tools such as Excel and business intelligence tools.
- Outstanding communicator. Strong written/oral communication and presentation skills. Strong persuasive skills with experience in a client-facing role.
- Strategic and Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a focus on driving revenue growth and business success.
- Education. Undergraduate degree Business / Economics / Mathematics / Science or equivalent education.
- Bonus Points: Project management training and PMP certification is an asset, but not required.
- Bonus Points: Coding knowledge
- Bonus Points: Demonstrated interest in the casino industry
- Base salary: $65,000 - $80,000 + performance-based bonus
- Intermediate, ideal candidates will have a 2-5 years of employment experience. Open to more or less experience with the correct skill set.
- Flexibility: There will be some evening calls as part of the role. We include flexibility in the working scheduling (40 hours on average). Standard on-site hours are from 10am - 4pm.
