What You Will Be Doing:
Events
- Evaluate opportunities for sponsorship, speaking engagements, webinars and PR
- Plan, coordinate, and execute various marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, product launches, and webinars
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution
- Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to handle all aspects of event planning and execution
- Oversee event logistics, including staff coordination, to ensure flawless execution
- Track and analyze event metrics and provide recommendations for future improvements
- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, website, etc.)
- Assist in maintaining the company's CRM database, marketing automation tools, social media, and website
- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and performance tracking
- Make use of AI tools to support research, content creation, campaigns, and workflow automation
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for marketing initiatives
- Assist with market research and competitor analysis as needed
- Other tasks as assigned
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, related field of study or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years in a marketing role in the B2B technology space, particularly marketing to large enterprise customers
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing marketing events
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and social media management platforms preferred
