SWTCH is pioneering EV charging solutions for multifamily and commercial properties across North America.
Founded in 2016 by entrepreneurs, investors, and energy professionals, SWTCH had a vision of enabling communities to realize the social, economic, and environmental benefits of widespread EV adoption. Since then, its EV charging and energy management solutions have been installed in thousands of multifamily buildings, 50 percent of which are classified as low-to-moderate income. By leveraging the latest technology available, SWTCH is making EV charging possible for all buildings.
With a growing base of clients, SWTCH is currently looking for opportunities to deepen our market penetration across North America.
As a Sales Operations Specialist in the EV charging industry, you will play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing the sales processes. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team by managing various operational tasks. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction in the dynamic and fast-growing EV charging market.
Sales Process Optimization
- Streamline and improve sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and implement best practices to enhance the overall sales cycle.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure sales team performance.
- Administer and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry, lead tracking, and opportunity management.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to develop accurate sales forecasts.
- Monitor sales pipeline and provide timely updates on revenue projections.
- Assist the sales team with proposal generation, contract management, and order processing.
- Liaise with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align strategies and initiatives.
- Foster strong communication channels to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in the EV charging or clean energy sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Cloud Comp are a bonus.

Annual Salary Range
