$19-30 PER HOUR
30+ HOURS/WEEK
Job Responsibilities:
- Restore the functionality of riding mowers
- Operate robotic mowers
- Deal with electrical and mechanical problems
- Maintain safety standards of equipment and work area
- Report quality problems encountered to the appropriate manager and share information as an active team member
- Comply with the company's Safety procedures and standards
Required Skills/Experience:
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license and experience driving a truck and trailer
- 2-3 years experience with small engine mechanics and troubleshooting
- Ability to manage independent repairs
- Proficient experience using power and hand tools
- Very strong communication skills
- Strong analysis skills and the right attitude for problem solving
Compensation is based on a tiered wage system, with rates determined by experience, skills, and qualifications. Starting wages will be determined accordingly, with opportunities for advancement as skills develop. Candidates with higher levels of expertise and relevant experience may be placed in a higher tier. Specific details will be discussed during the hiring process.
