We started Super.com to help maximize lives–both the lives of our customers and the lives of our team – so that everyone can experience all that life has to offer. For our employees, our promise is that Super.com is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to unlock one’s potential, where learning is celebrated and impact is realized.
We are more than a fast-paced, high-growth tech company; we care about our people and take career progression seriously. This is your career and our aim is to supercharge it through the people, the work, and the programs that fuel who we are.
About the role
Super.com is looking for a highly skilled Senior NetSuite Administrator to own our NetSuite ERP platform end-to-end. Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager, you will manage, customize, and enhance our NetSuite environment to meet evolving business needs, covering everything from architecture and configuration to integrations, security, and performance.
This role sits within our Accounting team, which owns the systems and processes behind the company’s financial operations, from month-end close to audit readiness. This is a true ownership role. You will set the NetSuite roadmap, establish the governance and controls that keep us audit-ready, and directly influence how quickly and reliably the company closes its books.
About the team
NetSuite is the heart of our finance stack, integrating with tools like Aleph, Ramp, Floqast, Claude Co-work and Workiva. We are actively automating manual workflows, improving NetSuite performance, and modernizing how the company closes its books, and this role will lead that charge.
What you’ll be working on:
Own the full lifecycle of our NetSuite environment, including architecture design, configuration, customization, and release management across GL, AR, Advanced Revenue Management, Procure-to-Pay, and International Consolidations & Reporting
Build and maintain customizations such as SuiteFlow workflows, SuiteScript automations, custom records, fields and objects, approval processes, saved searches, dashboards, and SuiteAnalytics reporting
Manage roles, permissions, and security, and partner with our Internal Controls Manager to establish change management, data governance, and audit-ready SLAs
Own integrations between NetSuite and our surrounding finance stack, such as Ramp, Floqast and Workiva, Claude Co-work while providing technical support and resolving ad hoc issues in a fast-paced environment
Monitor system performance and partner with the NetSuite ACS team to proactively address risks, weaknesses, and slowness to ensure uptime and stability
Drive the NetSuite roadmap by identifying optimization opportunities, recommending best practices, challenging the status quo, and proposing strategic system enhancements
Identify and implement automation opportunities across finance workflows, including deploying AI agents to replace manual processes
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring NetSuite ERP across multiple finance modules, including GL, AR, Advanced Revenue management Procure-to-Pay, and Consolidations.
NetSuite Administrator Certification or equivalent NetSuite certifications
Proven SuiteScript development experience, with the ability to design, build, and maintain scripts that automate processes beyond native workflow capabilities
Deep expertise in end-to-end financial workflows, including month-end close and consolidation processes
Experience establishing change management, data governance, and audit-ready controls, and comfort partnering with an internal controls function on these initiatives
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with accounting leadership and cross-functional teams
Experience with AI and LLM-driven automation in finance contexts, and familiarity with Ramp or Workiva, are strong pluses
