About Super.com
We started Super.com to help maximize lives–both the lives of our customers and the lives of our team – so that everyone can experience all that life has to offer. For our employees, our promise is that Super.com is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to unlock one’s potential, where learning is celebrated and impact is realized.
We are more than a fast-paced, high-growth tech company; we care about our people and take career progression seriously. This is your career and our aim is to supercharge it through the people, the work, and the programs that fuel who we are.
About the role
This is the perfect role for product managers who are newer in their career and ready to shine. As the co-pilot for the Rebate MAT (Mission Aligned Team), you will help acquire, engage, and retain new Super+ members. You’ll collaborate daily with the senior product manager, designers, and engineers, and you’ll interface with the General Manager of Membership, the head of product, and your Group Product Manager. Primarily, you’ll help the MAT lead run experiments, drive forward PRDs, research new opportunities, and manage the backlog. You’ll generate reports and share your discoveries and insights with the team. You’ll also oversee small to medium-scale projects related to retaining and generating value for Super+ customers. We are looking for someone who loves to execute, can collaborate in ambiguous waters, and can be given multiple challenges at the same time and thrive.
About the team
This role sits within our Rebates team, the group responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining Super+ members through our rebates experience. We operate as a mission-aligned, cross-functional squad of product managers, designers, engineers, and analysts who move quickly from insight to experiment to impact. We obsess over customer outcomes, leveraging data, research, and structured experimentation to improve conversion, retention, CSAT, and LTV. If you enjoy collaborating in ambiguity, debating ideas with curiosity, and shipping meaningful improvements every sprint, you’ll feel at home on this team.
What you’ll be working on:
Create PRDs & Experiments - Work with the designers, data, and MAT leader to start, lead, and complete various PRDs and Experiments so that execution and forward momentum is prioritized.
Project Management - Assist MAT leads in the project management of the backlog. Help drive individual projects (as a project owner) and ensure the PRDs & Experiment projects in the pipeline are running smoothly, communicating with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Lead Ceremonies - Lead sprint and MAT lead ceremonies where necessary for backlog grooming, sprint planning, and similar meetings. Work with the MAT lead and GPM on OKR updates and compiling results.
Research and Data Analysis - Speak with customers, dig into UXR data, create and compile research on competitors, dogfood the product, and participate in many other research work to drive quality decision-making.
Compile & Share Insights - Conclude experiments, gather insights, and share learnings with the product team, your MAT teammates, and the broader vertical. Proactively seek opportunities where we have insight gaps, and create smoke tests, experiments, and research that can get signal on the truth.
Generate new ideas - work collaboratively with the mat lead and designers to ideate on new products, features, and experience updates to drive more value for our users and our business
What we’re looking for:
2+ years in B2C product management or similar roles.
Previous experience working directly with engineering and design teams and having shipped products to market.
Experience building and iterating on MVP features and experience working with products in 0 to 1 stages and 1 to 10 growth stages.
Project management and agile experience (in any industry).
Excellent communication skills with immediate teams, engineers, designers, executives (written, oral, and presentational).
Data driven analytical thinking, and back statements up with facts and examples.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity with a strong bias for action.
Humble, flexible, and willing to jump in on exciting, front-line projects and less glamorous tasks.
Bonus points for:
Experience with data analytics.
Solid understanding of product management principles (e.g. Reforge, PMMC fit, etc.)
Experience working directly with Amplitude, Figma, Jira, Notion, Looker, and Google Suite.
Experience working on acquisition/growth focused products.
An understanding of subscription and membership models and space.
-
Experience with UXR and customer, competitive, and market research.
