About Super.com

We started Super.com to help maximize lives–both the lives of our customers and the lives of our team – so that everyone can experience all that life has to offer. For our employees, our promise is that Super.com is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to unlock one’s potential, where learning is celebrated and impact is realized.

We are more than a fast-paced, high-growth tech company; we care about our people and take career progression seriously. This is your career and our aim is to supercharge it through the people, the work, and the programs that fuel who we are.

About the role

You will join our Travel Product team focused on driving the vision and strategy for how customers book travel on Super.com. This role owns the most critical moment in the customer journey, where intent becomes revenue. From checkout through payment, confirmation, and post booking integrity, you are accountable for conversion, reliability, and trust. You will lead a Mission Aligned Team made up of engineers, designers, growth, data, and other cross functional partners, with a mandate to evolve Super.com’s booking experience as the business scales. You will be responsible for:

  • Checkout flow: Own and optimize the end to end checkout experience, ensuring customers can seamlessly book and pay for travel. This includes improving conversion, expanding payment methods, reducing errors, and designing strong error handling and recovery flows for edge cases and partial failures.

  • Reducing Fraud: Own the product strategy for minimizing fraudulent bookings while protecting customer experience and conversion. Balance risk, friction, and growth by evolving fraud prevention systems, reducing false positives, and partnering closely with Risk, Payments, Operations, and external vendors as the business scales.

  • Platform: Invest in and evolve the booking platform to ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and resilient under increasing traffic and complexity. Work deeply with engineering to reduce booking related errors, ensure booking accuracy, improve observability, and own relationships with critical partners such as payment processors and fraud vendors.

This is a high-visibility role reporting to the Sr. Group PM, with regular exposure to executives, with a skilled product manager to help with executional work. You’ll have the mandate, resources, and autonomy to deliver meaningful business impact — and the opportunity to define how our booking systems evolve.

About the team

The Product management team at Super.com is a high-performing and fast-paced team of product managers who are passionate about creating meaningful, impactful products that help our millions of customers experience more of what life has to offer. We champion the three key pillars of successful products: data driven business outcomes, true understanding of who our customer is, and integration of quality. We are guided by “truth-seeking”, where our thirst for data driven decision making drives us to be correct rather than look good. We debate, dig deep, collaborate, and work together to uncover what our customers and the business need, how to build it, when and why to build it, and then help guide the execution to see it come to reality. We experiment routinely, and look for insights from quantitative and qualitative data wherever we can get it. We create the roadmap for where the product is going, assess the impact it has on our customers and business, and ensure Super.com is a world class product loved by millions of people. If you’re looking for a place to be challenged, be data driven, experiment, and push product strategy forward, this is it!

What you’ll be working on:

  • Lead the Team & Drive Outcomes - Own the mission, outcomes, and performance of your Mission Aligned Team. Set and deliver on OKRs, lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews, and be accountable for results. Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Growth, QA, and Operations to unblock execution, run agile ceremonies, and plan both near term delivery and longer term direction with the GM and GPM. Own the roadmap end to end in terms of both output and impact.

  • Technical Acumen - Demonstrate strong technical judgment by diving into backend systems when needed to inform product decisions. Partner effectively with engineering to understand tradeoffs, diagnose issues, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders.

  • Spearhead Product Requirements - Own product requirements for your team, including defining features, writing clear PRDs, and designing experiments. Clearly communicate complex ideas to technical and non technical stakeholders, justify initiatives against company objectives and metrics, and support the GM and GPMs in identifying future opportunities.

  • Lead Experimentation & Data Analysis - Use experimentation and data to validate hypotheses and guide product strategy. Analyze data directly in tools like Amplitude and partner with data teams on deeper analysis. Translate complex insights into clear recommendations and raise the quality of experimentation across the organization.

  • Manage Stakeholders - Influence key executives (GM, CEO, CTO etc), leaders (GPM, Directors, Managers etc) and adjacent MAT lead teammates. Keep your vertical and product colleagues in step with you, be in step with them, and operate as an effective leader of leaders and teammates.

  • Own the Experience - Take accountability for the customer experience from end to end in your domain, ensuring the customers needs are met with high quality products. Know when to compromise and put your foot down, and truly solve your customer’s problems.

  • Build Customer Empathy - Research, listen to, and understand our customers and their needs along with the unique financial situations they face. Actively use and engage with the product to QA what we’re building and build empathy for the people who use our products on a daily basis.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years in B2C or B2B product management, with prior experience optimizing checkout and payment funnels. You’ve collaborated with growth, design, engineering, data, cross-functional product and UXR teams

  • Experience executing on a product roadmap - defining product scope, shipping features, launching and concluding experiments.

  • Can show successful products and features in the market that you’ve shipped 0 to 1 and that you’ve scaled on from 1 to 100

  • Strong project management & excellent communication skills with immediate teams, engineers, designers, executives (written, oral, and presentation)

  • Data driven analytical thinking, and back statements up with facts and examples

  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity with a strong bias for action.

  • Humble, flexible with a growth mindset attitude. You’re able to have debates on strategy backed up by data when you feel you are correct but also willing to disagree and commit to move the product forward.

  • Willing to jump into weeds and able to jump back up to the right altitude. Gets hands dirty in execution mode routinely and then shifts to think about what is ahead in 3-6 months.

  • You don’t need to meet every bullet above — if you’re excited by the role and believe you can crush it, we’d love to hear from you

Bonus points for:

  • We rely on tools such as Amplitude, Jira, Figma Confluence, DataDog, Looker, Google sheets, Notion, SQL and many more. The more you know, the better it would be

  • Experience owning a critical revenue funnel or high traffic consumer surface

  • Experience working closely with payment, risk, or highly technical systems

  • A degree in Engineering, Computer Science or other related fields.

  • Understanding of the Hotel & Travel Industry
