Position Overview

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you'll lead our dynamic engineering squad, spearheading enhancements to our current products to maximize the monetization potential of content creators through cutting-edge ML & LLM technologies.
Your responsibilities will span from identifying new opportunities to prioritizing and launching innovative products, focusing on optimizing revenues for our core audience. Key responsibilities

• Own the product from concept to design, specification, implementation, and analysis.
• Gather and synthesize requirements and input from multiple stakeholders (internal product teams, engineers, business teams, marketing, finance, etc.).
• Perform Research, including user research, technology assessment and market analysis.
• Establish a strategic roadmap in collaboration with the engine squad, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and key stakeholders
• Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and execution skills to drive product development projects from concept to launch and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Expected to be asking questions, listening, driving team alignment, and influencing without authority across all levels of the organization.
• Bridge business and technical worlds very well, a good conceptual problem solver to articulate opportunities and solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years as a Product, preferably with experience building B2B SaaS
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical product manager
• Experience working directly with AI and machine learning technologies and prompt engineering required
• Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic, self-starter and capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and react to shifting priorities to meet business needs.
• Effective communicator (written and verbal). Able to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills. You use data to make decisions and are comfortable gathering it yourself or working with others to gather it.
