We're growingly quickly as a company, and want to invest in great people. We're currently looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Team!

The Product Team

You will be a vital part of the Statflo Product Team! The Product Team is responsible for the process of releasing products and new functionalities, which includes conducting user/buyer research, implementing strategy, designing roadmaps, and feature definitions. The Product Team also provides cross-functional leadership, uniting and inspiring internal teams to work towards a shared product vision.

  • Enable businesses to conduct one-to-one, personalized outreach over text to retain, engage, and grow their customer base
  • Provide frontline teams with a seamless user experience with access to full customer context in a single place, allowing for more productive and engaging customer conversations
  • Ensure that businesses are conducting customer outreach compliantly and effectively

Role & responsibilities

  • You’ll be responsible for the creation and execution of the go-to-market strategy for all new feature and product launches
  • Working closely with Product Management, you’ll ensure our customers understand the value of new features and products, how to use them, and internal teams know how to support and sell those features or products
  • You’ll be responsible for positioning and messaging of our product and features, articulating the message in a clear and attractive way for the business and our customers
  • You’ll be the expert on our products and can be called upon to discuss them internally and externally (e.g. user interviews, videos, webinars, podcasts)
  • You’ll work collaboratively with Product Management, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver your GTM strategy, influence product roadmaps, and advocate for experiences that drive growth and customer satisfaction
  • You'll conduct market and competitive research, share your insights, and recommend ways to best engage our target markets
  • You’ll need to maintain a deep understanding of our buyers, customers, and ideal customer personas to translate insights into strategies that help support and drive our roadmap
  • You’ll improve cross functional alignment on product knowledge through effective internal communication and training materials
  • You’ll manage the ideation, creation and scheduling of product content
  • You’ll engage and retain users through external communications, training materials, and gamification
  • You’ll develop KPIs and OKRs with the team and VP of Product to evaluate team and product performance effectively, as well as increase user engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Arts, or a related degree
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a SaaS product marketing role (preference given to B2B SaaS)
  • Self-driven and able to work with little supervision towards a common goal or company purpose
  • Strong critical thinking skills for determining the best approach towards ambiguous tasks and consolidate information from multiple sources
  • Proven ability to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy
  • A great communicator who has excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking with a variety of different stakeholders
  • A great copywriter who can translate our product value into engaging messaging and content
  • Curiosity and experience conducting market research and product positioning
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive product alignment across the company
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to set high expectations for how our brand and product story is portrayed
  • Have a healthy drive to improve our products and do whatever it takes to support the team
  • A positive, upbeat attitude towards new challenges and problem solving
