StackAdapt is the leading technology company that empowers marketers to reach, engage, and convert audiences with precision. With 465 billion automated optimizations per second, the AI-powered StackAdapt Marketing Platform seamlessly connects brand and performance marketing to drive measurable results across the entire customer journey. The most forward-thinking marketers choose StackAdapt to orchestrate high-impact campaigns across programmatic advertising and marketing channels.

We are looking for a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to develop and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline across StackAdapt’s key growth priorities. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Integrated & Digital Marketing. This role will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, activate, and optimize integrated programs that support our most strategic initiatives from vertical-focused campaigns (such as political vertical in 2026 and emerging verticals) to international marketing and other cross-functional projects.

The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building campaigns from the ground up, and can collaborate across teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

StackAdapt is a remote-first company—we are open to candidates located anywhere in North America and encourage those from all backgrounds to apply.

What You'll Be Doing:

Integrated Campaigns

  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns that support pipeline growth, product launches, and awareness initiatives across key verticals and markets, such as political in 2026.
  • Translate audience insights and product messaging into campaign briefs, creative assets, and program plans.
  • Lead campaign kickoff, alignment, and weekly project management to ensure deliverables across content, design, and digital channels are on track.
  • Manage campaign content repositories and coordinate asset production (landing pages, guides, blogs, emails, ads)
  • Partner with PMM, Content, and Digital teams to build full-funnel channel and content activation plans.
  • Support regional campaign execution (NA, APAC, EMEA) and vertical-specific initiatives with direction from senior leaders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations on audience targeting, lead capture, and reporting accuracy.
  • Track campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis with recommendations for optimization.
  • Support cross-functional marketing initiatives that align with StackAdapt’s broader go-to-market priorities, including new market entries, strategic partnerships, and product-led campaigns.

Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Track and report on campaign KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, website engagement).
  • Deliver post-campaign analyses with actionable insights for iteration and future planning.
  • Identify blockers or performance gaps and escalate recommendations for improvement.
  • Partner with RevOps and Marketing Operations to enhance reporting and targeting strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with channel leads (paid search, paid social, email, events) to activate campaigns across multiple touchpoints.
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to ensure campaign content aligns with GTM priorities.
  • Serve as the campaign point-of-contact for cross-functional execution and alignment across teams.

Ownership & Growth

  • Take ownership of execution-level decisions with guidance from senior team members.
  • Contribute to process documentation, playbooks, and best practices for integrated campaign management.
  • Operate as an independent project manager while escalating strategic decisions appropriately.
  • Participate in quarterly planning by developing campaign proposals that map to growth targets.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience (AdTech, SaaS, Martech preferred).
  • Proven experience owning integrated campaigns end-to-end, from planning to performance analysis.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with executional excellence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating with digital, content, and product marketing teams to deliver cohesive multi-channel programs.
  • Familiarity with campaign performance reporting and marketing automation platforms (ex. Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn).
  • A data-first mindset and comfort with translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
