The Revenue Operations (RevOps) team is crucial in maximising revenue and driving business growth. Their main objective is to align and optimise revenue-generating functions to improve performance and profitability. They achieve this goal by streamlining processes, enhancing data accuracy, and improving team communication.

Reporting into the Director of Revenue Operations (Global Client Services), within the Commercial Strategy & Operations team, you will be partnering with VPs across marketing, Product, and Revenue to understand how to acquire, onboard, and support our SMB clients. This will be done through executing key processes and account routing logic and developing strategic initiatives to improve how we operate.

StackAdapt is a remote-first company. We are open to candidates located anywhere in Canada for this position.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Zero defect process execution: develop and execute processes around how we support our SMB clients, specifically where/how we route accounts based on acquisition type, opportunity size, region, and spend velocity.
  • Business segment forecasting: Based on past performance and future expectations, help set plans and forecasts for the SMB business.
  • Identify Operational Inefficiencies: Proactively analyze current operational processes to pinpoint areas of improvement to improve client satisfaction and support.
  • Develop Policies and Procedures: Create and implement operational policies that support the company's rapid growth and scalability.
  • Support Key Initiatives: Partner with VPs across the business on essential projects, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met on time.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • BA/BS in a field such as Business, Economics, Math/Science, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced business environment such as sales/business operations or management consulting
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to easily translate data into insights, distilling complex information to senior leaders
  • Advanced to expert Excel skills - highly efficient, lookup & reference functions, if statements, data importing and linking; scripts or macros a plus
