This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment and is passionate about building operational infrastructure from the ground up.
What you'll be doing:
- Partner with Sales and RevOps leadership to launch and scale sales motions
- Define and manage operational playbooks for GTM rollout, pipeline stages, and sales milestones
- Support segmentation strategies, sales territory planning, and quota design
- Build and manage forecasting models and pipeline health dashboards
- Monitor performance and provide real-time insights to sales and executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs and success metrics aligned to business expansion and adoption goals
- Implement scalable sales processes (e.g., lead routing, CPQ, account assignment)
- Drive system improvements in Salesforce, Gong, and BI tools to support new workflows
- Launch and support tooling for account scoring, activity tracking, and attribution reporting
- Build and maintain business rhythm infrastructure: QBRs, dashboards, OKRs, scorecards
- Drive adoption of tools and process enhancements through documentation and training
- Collaborate with Enablement, Product, Marketing, and Sales Leaders to align on GTM needs
What you’ll bring to the table:
- 6+ years in Management Consulting/ Business Operations or relevant Revenue/ Sales Operations, GTM Strategy experience in SaaS, ad tech, or digital media
- Strong familiarity with programmatic advertising, media buying, or consumption-based sales models
- Proven experience launching and supporting new GTM motions or vertical expansion initiatives
- Ability to connect operational detail to strategic outcomes, and influence across functions
- Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and building processes, models, and systems from scratch
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
