We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Learning Experience Designer, as part of Center of Excellence inside Revenue Enablement. Reporting to the Senior Director, Revenue Enablement, this will be an important and impactful role in StackAdapt’s growing organization to partner with a team of Instructional Designers, Process and Go-To-Market experts, and Facilitators in order to map and build out learning programs for Operational Excellence, GTM product strategy, Manager & Leadership Development, and Onboarding.
This role will be a key influencer in StackAdapt's journey in building our learning culture and delivering effective programs that provide growth in sales capabilities, decrease ramp time, and align with executive OKRs. You will help bring StackAdapt’s Sales Enablement programs to life to drive productivity, scale, and engagement across the Revenue team.
You will partner closely with Program Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and other members across the Revenue organization to create innovative, blended learning solutions and advocate for the best user experience. Your primary stakeholders will be the Product Marketing Management (PMM) Team. You will also be a role model for the junior and intermediate members of Revenue Enablement team sharing knowledge and helping them unleash their talent, assess the business learning and skill gaps, design learning journeys, and execute projects that deliver continuous value with and for our stakeholders.
You are passionate about learning methods and new technologies that better the experience and are always an advocate for learners. You are also comfortable with ambiguity and frequent changes in client needs and contexts in a fast-paced sales environment.

What you'll be doing:
- Design innovative, blended learning experiences for the sales team, ensuring they are scalable and inclusive.
- Translate subject matter expertise for product and sales skills into learning experiences that drive engagement, behavior change, and business impact.
- Build and execute learning strategies and plans for major sales enablement initiatives.
- Apply creativity, problem solving, and design methods to come up with innovative learning solutions.
- Develop learning approaches tailored to StackAdapt’s culture, selling practices, needs, and preferences with practical business strategies.
- Prototype and iterate on design based on user testing and feedback. Gather, analyze, and address metrics, participant feedback, and reporting to ensure high quality and efficient learning solutions.
- Apply trends and research in learning design and sales enablement and apply them to execute against StackAdapt’s growth strategy.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of experience in managing Learning & Development projects from analysis through launch/evaluation, including team member work.
- 10 years of experience in traditional, digital, online and virtual learning design with Learning Management Systems and authoring tools (Articulate Rise, Storyline, WellSaid, Vyond, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate).
- 10 years of experience designing and developing product and skills-based programs for Sales.
- Knowledge of and/or direct experience working with LMS, CRM & CMS systems (e.g. HighSpot, MindTickle, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience building empathic learning programs for global sales teams, including reps, engineers, customer success and managers.
- Experience integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles into learning curriculum. Knowledge of industry best practices and trends around learning science, technical platforms for blended learning design, effective program measurement, Kirkpatrick levels of evaluation, and retention/reinforcement best practices.
- Knowledge of key business drivers and products to work with stakeholders to identify training needs.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence for building credibility and collaborative relationships with all stakeholders levels.
