Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations - Client Services, you will be driving revenue strategy and operations to optimize performance across our customer business. Half of your time will be generating and testing key hypotheses on how the business performs, including recommendations from those insights. The other half of your time will be managing and optimizing the ‘engine’ - including metrics development, reporting for senior leadership, and process optimizations to make the organization more efficient.
The ideal candidate will have experience in business operations and/or sales operations and a track record of successfully driving insights, particularly within media or consumption-based business models.
StackAdapt is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in Canada or the US for this position.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Hypothesis-driven problem solving: Deep expertise in developing data-driven solutions with ability to bring structure to quantitative & qualitative insights.
  • Business Performance Deep Dives: Lead investigations into business performance with zero defects, identify key opportunities for improvement, and work with cross-functional partners to implement solutions.
  • Develop Policies and Procedures: Create and implement operational policies that support the company's rapid growth and scalability.
  • Identify Operational Inefficiencies: Proactively analyze current operational processes to pinpoint areas of improvement across all departments.
  • Develop Policies and Procedures: Create and implement operational policies that support the company's rapid growth and scalability.
  • Lead Key Initiatives: Drive essential projects, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met on time.
  • Optimize Tools and Technologies: Evaluate and implement tools that enhance operational capabilities and productivity.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 5+ years in management consulting, business operations, and/or sales operations.
  • Proven track record of success in providing strategic guidance and operational oversight.
  • Experience successfully managing analytically rigorous corporate initiatives.
  • Efficient context switching between developing an analytically rigorous recommendation to senior leadership one hour, and helping facilitate detailed Salesforce asks the next.
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems and analytics around sales pipeline modeling. Familiarity with Salesforce.com.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, deep intellectual curiosity, the ability to communicate structured thinking effectively.
  • An ability to dive into details, but also step back and reframe a problem more strategically.
  • Experience in Media or Consumption based business models is a plus
