We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced People Analytics Lead to join our People and Culture team and build out the People Analytics function to turn complex data into strategic insights and initiatives.
This person will work directly with the Chief People Officer and will be a key collaborator and thought partner in the overall People and Talent strategy for StackAdapt. This position enables people strategies and programs to support the entire employee life cycle and help the people team and business leaders drive outcomes in areas of: performance management, career growth, leadership development, strategic organizational development (i.e. talent reviews and succession planning), talent acquisition and employee engagement.
The successful candidate is passionate about people data, and stays on top of the latest best practices in analytics and reporting.
StackAdapt is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in the US or Canada for this position.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partner with People & Culture, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Development, and People Business Partners to inform program decisions through high-impact insights.
  • Create and execute a roadmap for the People Analytics function at StackAdapt.
  • Design and deliver analytical solutions and relevant insights through dashboards and reports to answer key business questions.
  • Partner with the Data Science team to establish data governance, policy, and storage of sensitive people data.
  • Partner with the Talent Development team to design and deliver surveys to collect employee experience data throughout the employee lifecycle (from hire to offboarding).
  • Use Looker or Tableau to build out dashboards and other analytical solutions.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Proven leadership in People Analytics, preferably in technology or high-growth sectors.
  • Experience in building and maintaining data pipelines
  • Experience working with AWS, Github, and MySQL, bonus for experience with Snowflake.
  • Track record of designing, managing and scaling People Analytics function to drive measurable business outcomes in support of a growing and global workforce.
  • Demonstrated experience in quantitative data analysis using Python, R, or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with a data-driven and evidence-based approach to decision making and influencing.
  • Experience acting as an advisor to broader teams, including People & Culture, StackAdapts Leadership team and Executive team.
  • A “how can we make this better?” mentality with a focus on progress over perfection to continuously drive for improvement and innovation.
