StackAdapt is a self-serve advertising platform that specializes in multi-channel solutions including native, display, video, connected TV, audio, in-game, and digital out-of-home ads. We empower hundreds of digitally-focused companies to deliver outcomes and exceptional campaign performance everyday. StackAdapt was founded with a vision to be more than an advertising platform, it’s a hub of innovation, imagination and creativity.
We are currently seeking an Account Executive, Growth (AE-G) to join our ambitious Revenue Team. This unique role combines the strategic account development and closing skills of an Account Executive (AE) with the high-energy prospecting focus of a Business Development Representative (BDR). The aim is to unlock and nurture partnerships to drive company growth. We encourage you to apply if you have strong business acumen, are passionate about the digital advertising industry, and thrive in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.
The AE-G is responsible for generating high-quality leads and new business opportunities that lead to acquiring new clients. They mainly focus on the SMB segment, where they need to find and close deals with self-serve clients and then hand over the clients to our CSM team for ongoing support.
In addition, you will collaborate closely with Sales Directors in your territory to develop plans tailored to the specific market. You will also have the chance to create and assess new business opportunities, which will then be closed by our Mid-Market sales team. The aim is to ensure a coordinated strategy that maximises growth opportunities across different segments.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Conduct in-depth research on potential SMB clients and identify opportunities for StackAdapt to win within your territory.
  • Identify, pitch, and successfully close new platform sales deals with local agencies or brands, tailoring proposals to address specific needs.
  • Managing a high volume of prospecting activities, including cold email outreach and top-of-funnel programmatic sales, to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Developing and executing strategies to meet or exceed a $1M USD annual target through programmatic advertising closes within the SMB segment.
  • Collaborating with mid-market AEs to align strategies and support cross-segment growth opportunities, ensuring a unified approach to regional market penetration.
  • Utilising various sales tools to maintain a robust pipeline and uncover new growth opportunities.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Proven experience in a relevant sales role with both prospecting and closing experience.
  • Experience in media, marketing and advertising industry (bonus points if you have programmatic or ad tech experience).
  • A demonstrated track record of achieving performance-related goals and revenue targets.
  • Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge to prospects of all seniority.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • The ability to problem-solve and be adaptable.
  • A growth mindset and positive energy!

StackAdapters Enjoy:

  • Competitive salary and commission structure.
  • Superannuation contributions.
  • 20 days of paid vacation + 1 Culture & Belief day + birthdays off.
  • Access to a comprehensive mental health care platform.
  • Private Health Insurance coverage.
  • Full benefits from day one of employment.
  • Work from home allowance.
  • Optional global WeWork membership for those who want a change from their home office.
  • Robust training and onboarding program.
  • Coverage and support of personal development initiatives (conferences, courses, etc).
  • Access to StackAdapt programmatic courses and certifications to support continuous learning.
  • An awesome parental leave policy.
  • A friendly, welcoming, and supportive culture.
