StackAdapt is looking for an adaptable, and motivated Senior IT Auditor to join our growing team. The Internal Audit team is leading the charge towards creating a strong controls environment within the organization, but also has the exciting opportunity to work with the team on various Finance, Business, and IT projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing on the IT risk and controls program across StackAdapt. They will work closely with stakeholders across the entire organization in ensuring the effectiveness of IT general and application control processes. The successful candidate will also participate in process improvement related projects.
StackAdapt is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located in the US or Canada.

What you'll be doing:

  • Performing process walkthroughs
  • Updating process documentation
  • Performing GITC and ITAC testing
  • Documenting observations and recommendations
  • Working with control owners on planned remediation
  • Collaborating with external consultants on IT-related controls and processes
  • Support the execution of IT audit engagements·
  • Support the completion of ad hoc Internal Audit requests from management

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in public accounting, internal audit, corporate accounting, or a combination thereof
  • CISA or CISSP designation required, CPA designation an asset
  • Self-starter and self-motivator
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated excellence in organizational skills and initiative in completing work assignments
  • Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills and an aptitude for problem solving
  • Experience auditing large ERPs, CRMs, and public cloud environments
