We’re excited to bring on a Compensation Program Manager to join our Total Rewards team. As a Compensation Program Manager, you will significantly design and execute our compensation strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to build our global compensation programs across various internal organizations, working closely with global cross-functional stakeholders across the business and people teams to ensure StackAdapt continues to scale effectively.
StackAdapt is a remote-first company; we are open to candidates located anywhere in North America for this position.

What you'll be doing

  • As an integral part of our team, you will own the planning and administration of compensation programs and cycles for all global employees.
  • You will be responsible for researching and analyzing new compensation policies and programs which will help shape the future of our company's compensation strategies and ensure our programs are in compliance with laws and regulations.
  • You will collaborate on building the tools to improve efficiency and partner with People Ops to optimize business processes.
  • You will work closely with the People Business Partner, Talent Acquisition, People Ops, and L&D teams to achieve our business objectives. Collaborating as a cross-functional team, you will align on business objectives and work on talent solutions.
  • Lastly, you will develop and implement compelling communications plans to educate managers and employees on all compensation programs.

What you'll bring to the table

  • A strong understanding of compensation best practices, current trends, and market benchmark data is preferred. International compensation experience is also preferred.
  • Proven analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and genuinely in-depth knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, including building and maintaining complex models.
  • Strong communication: ability to tailor information for audiences in concise, memorable and persuasive formats. Comfort with public speaking and listening for nuance in stakeholder engagements or
  • Thrives under pressure: ambiguity and change are moments of opportunity for you. Able to drive positive action and focus on the right things regardless of external environments.
  • Experience with building from the ground up: you approach projects with ownership and entrepreneurial spirit. You have seen what it takes to build and evolved into best practices on design and structure.
  • Open to international travel occasionally
